I ordered a chain to fit a pendant which gold boutique supplied me in December 2022. The chain was not what I ordered. Gold Boutique sent a replacement chain which was incorrect. When I spoke to Gold Boutique they offered me a replacement chain which they told me would not be the same as what I was requesting. I will never again use Gold Boutique as they are a dreadful company.

No problems whatsoever. A totally hassle free online shopping experience. The item I ordered was a Christmas gift. It arrived on time. The quality is sound. I will use the Gold Boutique again and have already recommended it to others.

The ring was lovely but I ordered wrong size so unfortunately I can’t wear it

Emailed them , answered promptly pleased with response
Ring arrived, more than pleased with it .

Had my thumb measured by a jewellers and ordered the size recommended. Upon receipt the ring felt too big so went back to jewellery shop and had it measured and it is a full half size bigger so now paying to have it altered. Apart from that it is a lovely ring

2 The jewelry box wasn’t the same as posted on website and looks wimpy

Really impressed by the overall experience when purchasing my gold ring. Gold Boutique kept in touch with the process every step of the way. As for my ring when it arrived in its wonderful packaging it was much better in real life than it looked on the website. I can highly recommend purchasing from Gold Boutique you will not be disappointed with either quality or customer service both of which are excellent. One tip to add prior to ordering my ring I did order the free ring sizer.

Seriously unimpressed by the quality of my ring and the quality of returns. Three times now I have had to send my ring back. First time round the ring was so small it wouldn't even fit on my 6yr old daughters finger. Second time around (when replacement/right size arrived) there was a stone missing from the ring. Sent back AGAIN. Have JUST received my fixed/replaced ring for the 2nd time to open the box to find that the main middle stone is loose in its shanks and I can hear it rattling when I move my hand. I am beyond fed up and quite frankly disgusted at how a £200+ ring could be so awfully made. How on earth my ring passed quality control is just beyond me. I give up. Hope to God I get a refund. I've had enough of returning it for it to come back in a worse condition. Never want to have to look at this ring again due to the sheer hassle it's caused and it's pretty much burst the marriage bubble. Didn't even have my ring for a year. Thank you Gold Boutique!

Always call my girlfriend my ‘shooting star’ so pleased to find a nice, quality necklace with shooting star pendant.
Ordered easy. Notification it was being made to order - that made it feel more special. Arrived well packaged. Customer services helpful when asked questions.

The item received was nothing like the photo of the item I thought I was purchasing and took many weeks to arrive. Very disappointing. Will never purchase again. Waste of money.

Lovely piece, but it was only ordered on the assurance (by web chat) that it would arrive before Christmas and the order was made with several days to spare before the cut off time. In spite chasing emails as time progressed no notification of when it was being dispatched, it became clear that it was going to be late. In fact did not arrive until today 6th January

Brought a dad ring from my children to their daddy for Christmas. The ring is absolutely lovely and my partner loved it. The only issue I had was that it was delayed in transit. I messaged Customer service. Luckily I managed to get the ring in time for Christmas so I was happy

Jewellery was absolutely beautiful when arrived. Had an email to say my parcel might be delivered a little later than scheduled but turned out the parcel came right on time. Gift came beautifully wrapped and we even got a 15% off voucher with the purchase. So kind and so unexpected, more than happy with the overall experience.
